Refund & Cancellation Guidelines for Shehnai Services, Varanasi.

Important Financial Notice

Event planning involves advance commitments with multiple vendors. This policy ensures transparency and smooth execution for all clients.

1. Booking Advance (50%)

The initial 50% booking advance is required to confirm your event and secure vendors. This amount is generally non-refundable as it is used for vendor blocking, venue booking, and preparation work.

2. Interim (30%) & Final Payments (20%)
  • 30% payment (10–15 days before event) is used for material and vendor confirmations.
  • 20% final payment must be cleared before event execution.
  • No refunds are applicable once services are executed or vendors are fully booked.
3. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation before 30 days: Partial adjustment may be considered.
  • Cancellation within 15 days: No refund due to vendor commitments.
  • Same-day or last-minute cancellation: No refund applicable.
4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule the event date. Approval depends on vendor availability and venue policies. Additional charges may apply, and any non-adjustable vendor payments may be deducted.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, we will try to provide alternate solutions. However, refunds are not guaranteed for payments already processed to vendors.

6. Third-Party Vendors

Some services are executed through third-party vendors. Any issues related to vendor-specific services will be handled as per their policies. Shehnai Services will assist but is not directly liable for vendor failures.
