Event Management Terms for Shehnai Services, Varanasi
By booking an event with Shehnai Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure smooth execution and premium service quality.
To confirm your booking and secure vendors, payments will be collected in the following stages:
BOOKING ADVANCE
Required to confirm event date & vendor booking.BEFORE EVENT
Payable 10–15 days before event date.FINAL PAYMENT
To be cleared 1–2 days before event.Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
Since bookings involve advance payments to vendors, refunds are not possible once the booking is confirmed.
However, in case of genuine unavoidable situations, event rescheduling may be considered based on vendor availability.
Delay in payments may lead to cancellation or delay in services. Shehnai Services will not be responsible for any losses due to late payments.
Some services are provided by third-party vendors. While we ensure quality, we are not liable for delays or issues beyond our control.
Any damage to decor items, props, or equipment caused by guests will be chargeable to the client.
Shehnai Services may use event photos/videos for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
